Product Disclaimer:
We have done our best to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of the items on our website. However, the colors you see on your monitor will depend on how it is calibrated and may not display the true colors of the products.
Due to the nature of handmade items, each product may come with minor flaws or small variations from the picture that is shown. Sometimes the color, size or shape of the beads may vary slightly from batch to batch so please take this into consideration prior to purchasing.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

We ship all products within the United States by U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail
Fees:
- Continental United States-flat shipping fee of $7.95will be added to cover shipping and handling cost.
- Canada-flat shipping fee of $15 will be added to cover shipping and handling.
- Mexico-flat shipping fee of $20 will be added to cover shipping and handling.
- All other locations will be charged a flat shipping fee of $22 to cover shipping and handling.
Orders are shipped within five business days, not including holidays and weekends. If you are in need of overnight shipping please contact us atinfo@onthisdaydesigns or call 513-258-2433 and we will try to accommodate you.
Liability:
Payments: We use Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe exceeds the most stringent industry standards for security. Please go to stripe.com if you would like more information. On This Day Designs never has access to your credit card information unless you provide it to us over the phone but even then we will shred the information after your order is complete.
Small Children: Our jewelry is not intended for children age 6 and under. There are small beads and small medals on our products. These items pose a danger for youngsters who may ingest them. Please keep out of the reach of children.
Sterling Silver Jewelry: Sterling silver jewelry that is worn continually will often develop a patina, with lighter silver areas combined with darkened areas. You may like that look for your medals and jewelry items, if so, you would do nothing but enjoy your piece. If you like a bright and shiny look for your sterling silver jewelry and medals, then please use a polishing cloth to restore the jewelry to its original appearance. Polishing cloths can be purchased at your local craft store. It is not recommended to use toothpaste on sterling silver as it is abrasive and can leave scratches. Silver-plated jewelry: We recommend not wearing any silver-plated jewelry while bathing or swimming as it may harm the finish over time.
